I find the quality of service to be good. Everything that my Gladiator needed in the past 3 years was done well.My dissatisfaction comes from being lied to. At my last oil change, I was told I had 3 oil changes remaining on my service plan. I went in today to pay cash for a new renegade for my daughter. I walked around the parking lot, looked at a renegade, walked into the dealership to one end and back and not one person, not even the receptionist acknowledged me. In 30 years of purchasing cars I have never not been acknowledged. My business will be taken to another jeep dealership.
Phenomenal sales team, from the sales person all the way the sales manager. Finance manager was great. Very easy process, no pressure and very helpful. Easiest car dealer I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Crenwelge
Horrible service, can’t get anyone to answer the phone. My vehicle is currently there. No one called me that it was done they serviced it without calling and letting us know what the issue was.
Just went in to have an oil change done which took forever to get set up because no one would call back to set up an appointment. I had purchased some fuel filters from them for my truck and had not had time to replace them. I figured since they where doing the oil change anyways why not have them put the fuel filters on. It took them maybe 20 minutes max when I go to pay tongue bill for oil change and fuel filter change the bill was $267 dollars. Provided that I had already purchased the fuel filters earlier. I had a experience in service department. I had an appointment for a week, over an hour, vehicle not touched for why I brought it in. Put another vehicle from previous day ahead of my appointment.
