I feel that the Dental office should be much cleaner, it was very unsanitary the patient chair was not clean the waste cans were filthiest, if I had to grade this office it would give it an (F). The staff was very pleasant and nice very professional. During my visit t never saw the doctor in charge which I thought was odd for it to be my second visit.
One of the workers was very rude. When I was attempting to explain to her a concern I had, she will rudley and very nasty tone will began by saying the conversation "Sir." She only said sir as disguise as showing respect. Her manner spoke otherwise.
I had an emergency situation and the office worked me in with having to wait a long time. I was given very courteous treatment. The office also referred me to another doctor for a root canal.
everyone was extremely professional I felt comfortable and well-informed !
