Suggested treatment Plan with costs should be submitted to patient before work begins, not in pieces as work proceeds. Patient should be advised that plan MAY have to be revised and thus costs revised if certain dental situations arise. Patient should be given option after this is done to proceed or revise or cancel the treatment.
I had a deep cleaning with Griselda! She is very professional, and knowledgeable.
The only problem that I had was that I was asked to pay before my procedure, but before I left I was asked for another $5 office fee. I feel that all fees should be asked for at the same time. Not one fee before, and one fee afterward!

The $5 office vist fee is dictated by your insurance co. it is paid before your visit. Any additional fees for treatment are paid as services are rendered.
I am glad I didn't have any pressing issues to take care of...because I would have been rushing to take care of any tasks.. It was a tough day in the office I assume.
Covered and not covered I came to this places to get a procedure done that was covered by my insurance. By the time they were finished they'd cause damage to a tooth that was. It covered by my insurance.
