Tim recognized me by name despite my wearing a k-95 mask. He handled my request quickly, for a 30 day printout of my checking account (since CU1 repeatedly has made my internet balancing impossible). He also informed me a transfer from ********* CU would not go through until midnight tonight which was very helpful in preventing an overdraft this date. I could not have asked for better service than I received from Tim.
We have been with Credit Union 1 in S********** for over 25 years and wouldn't have it any other way. Everyone is so professional and friendly, talking with Amy W******* yesterday was a real treat, she handled my transaction with a smile. Amy, I did give my husband Chris his candy bar.
CU1 in S********** is a great place to bank. Tim ***e is especially great. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He always gets back to me immediately and has provided me with personalized service which is much appreciated.
