I’ve been a member for almost 15 years. Their customer service is always stellar and my issues, though rare, always get resolved timely. I've been banking with CU1 for over a decade. I have my checking, savings, mortgage, credit card and loans all under one roof. CU1 has consistently worked to improve their services over the 12 years I have been with them. Their online banking is mostly straightforward and simple, they offer products that are competitive with big banks, and their team is accessible, friendly and local.
