I've been banking with CU1 for over a decade. I have my checking, savings, mortgage, credit card and loans all under one roof. CU1 has consistently worked to improve their services over the 12 years I have been with them. Their online banking is mostly straightforward and simple, they offer products that are competitive with big banks, and their team is accessible, friendly and local. The entire process from application, pre-approved, submitting documents and approval it was less than 72 hours. Antonese answered my questions and made sure that the funds were deposited into my account.
I recently applied for a loan with Credit Union 1. The process was easy and fast. The staff (Consumer Processor) that handled my loan was great.
