Don't be fooled by a better deal! Saving a few dollars isn't worth dealing with incompetent staff. 4 different answers for the same simple request to get a payoff quote. It became an issue and we had to postpone or new purchase due to their inconsistent information.

Worst banking experience. This bank cannot perform accounting 101. Their balancing is always off and readjusting several times throughout the same month for the same date. Not to mention their software system for payments sucks and makes errors each time with payments. You would think this would be priority and fixed to prevent payment errors, however it has not and I go through calling them each month to fix the errors. This has become a full time job with them. Truly can't see how they stay in business.

Wish I could put negative star. Most unprofessional company and worst employee. Rhea *****was the most inefficient employee. Never heard back from her. I totally agree with the reviews posted on July ‘ This is the most inconsistent unprofessional financial institution around. There closed on the weekends with incompetent employees who are never able to resolve anything. I hate I wasted so much time and energy with this unstable so called credit union.’

I’ve never had a worse experience when trying to pay off an auto loan. As shown on line, my account has more than enough cash. I transferred the payoff amount CU1 provided. No Luck!!! The website is terrible and the staff seem incompetent and unresponsive. I will not use again and don’t recommend. The

I paid off my car loan and now cannot get the title because CreditUnion1 will not notify the State of *******that the lien has been removed. Several phone calls and CreditUnion1 refuses to help in any manner and just says that I need to deal with the State of Indiana. We have moved and no longer live in *******so I now will have to drive over 12 hours to go back to Indiana and try to deal with the BMV in person. We attempted to refinance our car through credit union 1. My wife is a permanent legal resident. Anyway, we had also decided to refinance her house through a different lender at the same time. The house funded within three weeks, while CU1 was still asking to see more proof of her identity. I believe them to be a xenophobic organization. Credit Union 1 is a bad credit union to deal with they are very misleading and does not tell the truth at all. I was approved for a personal loan with Credit Union 1 and I signed all of my loan documents for a dollar amount that I was happy to finance and they told me that even though I had signed to agreement for the loan that they could not because the loan amount was not enough for their minimum loan amount. Please do not waste your time working with this credit union. They are money hungry and unprofessional. I was given the run around because I didn't fund my account when they told me to. They passed me off to multiple people and showed no remorse. In fact, rushed me through my closing my account and loan application. Don't waste your hard earned money doing business with them!!
