I paid off my Visa credit card (in fact over paid) with Credit Union 1 in July 2020. They refunded my the difference and than in August I received a bill from them for $14.84 and the statement shows it is for a balance transfer plan. I called Credit Union 1 and was transferred to 5 different people. Finally spoke with Andrea and said that I don't believe this is something I owe. Hi, I have been having an issue with Credit Union 1, since October 17 of 2019. I gave a check in the amount of 2380.00 to someone. The check was not signed. The person I gave the check to, put it in her account. Credit Union 1, submitted the check to my bank, which is Chase, and the money was taken out of my account. They have been holding the funds since then. They want me to have Chase get the funds back. Chase says why would I do that, they have received the funds.
