I have been a long time customer of Credit Union 1, and having a problem this repetitive and concerning was new to me and very frustrating. I had spent considerable time on the phone before deciding it could not be resolved through phone robots. I needed to take my paper statement to be reviewed in person. Kristin was very patient and listened to my concerns and we shared possible explanations for the bank’s error. She was very efficient and followed through with the necessary steps to resolve. I am a member of ***** ******** ****** ***** and have not been able to access my account due to the merger in almost a week. I have been on hold for hours over multiple days trying to register for an online banking account (the online registration system says it can't validate my information). The customer service reps either promise to call back (and don't) or place me on multiple holds. This merger has led to abominable customer service.
