We have been with Credit Union 1 in S********** for over 25 years and wouldn't have it any other way. Everyone is so professional and friendly, talking with Amy W******* yesterday was a real treat, she handled my transaction with a smile. Amy, I did give my husband Chris his candy bar.
Gretchen U********** was absolutely amazing and very patient with me when trying to purchase my brand new car thru Credit Union 1 Auto Loan. She answered all my questions and was very attentive to my needs in regards to my loan. I would recommend credit union one for auto loans, and I would definitely recommend Gretchen to have as your liaison to get you into your new car!

Yesterday, I met with Tim K*** at the S********** Branch office. I've dealt with Tim for a number of years now and have always found him to be extremely helpful to solve any of the financial issues or concerns that I have developed over the years. Tim is always friendly and makes one feel like he is a friend. As I recall, he shocked me the second time I met him, by remembering my name from the first meeting. Tim exudes professionalism and appears to be able to answer any Credit Union 1 question with which I am concerned.
