AC went out and I needed money fast. Credit union 1 had my loan approved and processed in less than one business day. This is why I bank here.

Tim recognized me by name despite my wearing a k-95 mask. He handled my request quickly, for a 30 day printout of my checking account (since CU1 repeatedly has made my internet balancing impossible). He also informed me a transfer from ********* CU would not go through until midnight tonight which was very helpful in preventing an overdraft this date. I could not have asked for better service than I received from Tim.
