I have been banking with credit union 1 for close to 2 years now. I wanted to steer away from big corporate banks that dont care about the customers(been banking with BOA for 13 years). I received a call from specialist Antonese ***** regarding a loan application. Antonese attempted to reach me numerous of times until she was able to get me on the line. Our conversation was pleasant. She was thorough, polite and knowledgeable. She answered my questions realistically and provided me with other options that were available. Overall my experience was quick and easy and I am glad I was able to work with Antonese.

After the final payment was made, I didn’t receive the title and was left to fend for myself. I reached out to the CEO who put me into the hands of Shawna ****** to make this situation right. Shawna was more than capable and kept me abreast of what transpired for about 2 1/2 months. I’m happy to report I have the title and really appreciate Shawna’s assistance.

I visited Credit Union 1 today and was assisted by Chikyra H. As always she was professional and very helpful. While I had several transactions and several questions she never made me feel rushed.
