On 3/20/18 I spoke to someone from this agency they were very rude, unprofessional, demanding and trying to bully me on making a payment today, She would not listen to me and this was first initial contact with each other. She was very intimidating towards the elderly so I hung up with her. Maybe if she would of spoken to me with some respect we could resolve the issue but she has such a bad attitude and has no business working with the public if she treats people like this.
The lady who called me was rude, made the debt personal and argued with me no matter what I tried to say. To run a business like this is degrading and unprofessional. I hung up on her and she immediately called me back and threatened me with court.
The treatment I have received has been on my mind for a while I want to share this
I received a phone call from a lady who was REALLY RUDE!!! She was VERY unprofessional!! She was yelling at me and was not very good at her JOB. A business should not text a customer and be rude with in texts and then when I called she was rude. She never gave me her name and acting like a child!!! She needs some improvement on how to have a business. I called the business phone and asked to speak to a supervisor. She got back on the phone and proceeded to yell and argue with me again.
