I purchased a new refrigerator from Crane's and was very pleased with the service at the store, and the delivery crew. There was a tiny scratch made on the side of the refrigerator when it was brought in and they pointed it out right away before we even noticed it and made sure we were compensated for it. I was very impressed by their customer service even in a sticky situation like that. I will always do business with Crane's.

Very pleased with how quickly they came out to look at and fix my refrigerator, especially on a weekend! Their technician Kermit is very quick, efficient, polite and knows what he's doing! I just had my new Speed Queen washer and dryer delivered and I was very pleased with the service provided by Crane's. I am sure I'll be just as pleased with my new appliances. And I don't think you can beat the 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Thank you Crane's!!

I have had my washer and/or dryer repaired several times in last few years, and Crane's has always been fair, honest, and easy to work with as far as scheduling an appointment time. When one of the appliances finally crapped out, we bought our new ones from Crane's and couldn't be happier. Thanks Eric!!
