Crane's Tech Kermit was prompt & most helpful in solving & repairing the problem with the rebuilt Maytag dryer I'd bought from them 2 years ago. Great customer service! Highly recommend the service I got from Crane's!

Our refrigerator wasn't working quite right in a late Friday afternoon. After calling many service people who could t come out until Tuesday, we happen to find Crane's and they came out right away. They were able to order the part and our refrigerator was fixed by Monday early morning. We are now in the market for a dishwasher and will be going to Crane's.
Just purchased a new Refrigerator from Crane L&M Appliance. It was very pleasant to work with such down to earth owners and employees. What a wonderful local business experience! Incredibly helpful with everything appliance related!
Our washer seized up much earlier than expected. It was under warranty and Eric and his crew were out to look at it, pick it up for repairs, and deliver it. Their service is impeccable! Very friendly and helpful staff!

On this snowy day when schools are closed, Eric delivered our new Speed Queen washer. We love it! I love the fact that this is a family owned business. Thank you for exceptional customer service.
We got a portable dish washer from here because that was all the space we could spare in our small kitchen. Let me say after 6 months of owning it, it has saved many fights with my now husband about helping out in the house. The even better side is the little machine does a pretty good job at getting hard messes out. 12/2/17 update: Dishwasher is going strong, no complaints.
