Recently I had a dryer issue that I thought was one thing but then Ray correctly diagnosed the issue (over the phone!). It turned out to be a $10 fuse that he had in store. That saved me time and money and frustration. Thanks Ray!

I can't say enough good things about Crane's...especially Eric! He came to our house not once, but TWICE to measure our kitchen to make sure our new oven, fridge and dishwasher would fit after being damaged by multiple power surges in our home. Then, the oven I wanted was on backorder. When Eric heard how disappointed I was that we wouldn't have a working oven for Christmas, he got right on it and found me an even nicer oven and had them all installed 24 hours later!
