Great service and good products. All my appliances have come from Crane and I will never buy anywhere else. My washer was outside the warranty when it needed a service call. Despite this, Eric got a service guy out next business day despite the busy holiday. The service has always been good and fair. Jim does a good job explaining the issue. I can’t say enough about the wonderful service I received from these guys. They were incredibly knowledgeable and worked within my budget to get me the best appliances my money could buy. They knew my stove went kaput today and that today was also my only day off this week. Not only did they help me choose a great replacement, they were able to deliver and install it the same day!! I am a customer for life. Thank you, Crane’s!!
I have been using old appliances for quite some time. They have the parts and helpful advice, that you can't get from big box stores.
