Staff was amazing and Dr. Crane was even better. No complaints, in and out on a busy Saturday.
Dr. Crane is friendly, detailed and caring. I have always had good experiences at this practice. The staff makes you feel welcome no matter how long you take to pick out frames.
I enjoyed my visit. Very warm and welcoming everyone was nice and treated me great
Only thing I didn't like is how parents aren't allowed in the room with the children.
Doctor Crane was attentive to my needs and discussing my optical concerns. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the front desk and was promptly checked in. They already had my insurance information loaded into my patient profile and also looked up my CareCredit number for payment. I'm looking forward to going back. Doctor Crane recommended contacts that I will pick up and I will look into back-up glasses and sport sunglasses next.
