I was a first time patient in Dr. Crane's practice. My exam was thorough, there was no up-selling of things I didn't need, and the brand of contacts and prescription he put me in is top notch. The billing was a breeze; and my contacts actually arrived at the practice earlier than predicted. The office staff is friendly and very accommodating.
