Unprofessional conduct during pandemic. Would not recommend.
they had problems contacting our insurance provider and didn't inform us till we arrived for our appointments. this was me giving them a 2nd Chance after the last visit and being argued with about the type of lens I wanted. The ones I was pressured into buying are horrible and give everything a blue hue. I've been wearing glasses since I was 5 and I've never been treated this horribly. will not be returning
RecommendedDr. Crane has always been professional, thorough, and cares about patient eye health for the years I have had him as my optometrist. He’s very attentive to your eye needs and will refer you to a specialist if need be. He has up to date technology.
My first time visit resulted in Dr. Crane referring me to a specialist for my torn retinas. Very thankful for that... Upon finishing the 3-4 months of visits with the specialist, I returned to be fitted for glasses. As before, Dr. Crane was very through, extremely professional and obviously very good at his job. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great working with a local business and not a "chain". I recommend their services to anyone.
Great doctor and staff. I drive in from Dearborn because that's how much I enjoy my eye care at this office.
My eye appt went very quick and smooth. Doctor was great. I struggle with astigmatism in both eyes and he was able to put me into a contact that fits great! They have earned a long time customer. I will be bringing my fiancé here as well!
