Don’t be fooled by the all the information above and the pictures It’s very difficult to get a parking spot in front of my building. I have to pay $40 a month for a parking spot in a dirty parking lot. The landscaping looks terrible it is mostly weeds after two days of being cut it looks a mess. There is also a $200 late fee if your rent is paid after the fifth. And a $200 amenity fees every year that has been paid whether you use the amenities or not. Also the water Is contaminated. Do not rent here!(my personal opinion) A couple of months ago my review was a lot different but now dealing with a new situation, I see that I didn’t have all the facts during the first review of how apartment life really is. Especially when you get a new neighbor who is inconsiderate of the people they live around and the leasing office has not been able to rectify the problem nor will they. It is a severe noise problem.
