Verified Renter i’ve been here since 2015 and have asked for a paint job and nothing yet but when anything breaks down heating system, dryer or washing machine they do take care of this pretty quickly. There has been improvement and it’s pretty safe. Parking situation could be better. Why should tenants pay for a reserve ? We should be assigned to a spot as tenants

Verified Renter The neighborhood is awesome. The only thing I am not liking in summer is less cleanliness around the playground. People just keep throwing trash, dogs poop all around and I have not seen Management taking any action.

Luncheonettes, They take great care of the property, They are there 24-7 in case of emergency. You have a washer and dryer in your apartment. Extra storage and patio . People are friendly. Pets allowed. Come and take a tour you will be happy.
