Personable yet doesn’t sugar coat things. He assesses the situation and suggests next steps without fluff.
Dr Crain always diagnoses my problem and has a simple solution.He explains the situation in terms I can understand.
Quick appointment covering post-op health and current needs. One thing missing- the simple reminder- asking if I had any question because I did and I forgot it as he got up to go.
Effective communicator with positive and encouraging bedside manner. Very thorough and I received great care before and after surgery. And his PA is wonderful as well! Very thankful!

He has repaired my shoulder 3 times over the last 9 years. Whenever I return for injections or to inform him it’s got to be reinjured, he fixes it and sends me back out to try more. Never a scolding or even a shack of his head. He’s just the best !
