The waiting time was under 5 minutes. He is thorough, patient and takes the time to explain things. He successfully performed a surgery on my left wrist almost seven years ago. I didn’t see him in at least four years, but he immediately recognized me when he walked in the exam room yesterday. I am glad to trust him with my care and highly recommend him.

Exceptional care
The experience met my expectations. Every person involved was friendly and professional.
I was able to make an appointment with Dr Carter about a week after I called. Upon arrival, checkin was smooth, several papers as usual, prompt, and was in Drs room within 30 minutes of arrival. PA came in and check me first and asked a few questions. Dr Carter came in checked my shoulder, sent me to X-ray and was back for follow up within 30 minutes. Overall about 60 minutes start to finish. Dr Carter is also my wife’s Orthopaedics Dr and he is excellent. 5 Stars from me.
