Dr. Carter and Ashley fixed my rotator cuff tears and my thumb cmc joint. They are excellent, caring, easy to talk to and explains things well. After surgery care was fabulous as well. Highly recommend Dr Carter , Ashley and Tristate Orthopedics.
Friendly and professional staff. I felt as though they listened to what I had to say to provide the best healthcare for my needs.
He was very friendly and pleasant, took time to listen and evaluate my symptoms, and go over my options. I haven't had surgery yet, but he is sending me to therapy to help in the meantime, and so far, my impression of him is excellent.
Excellent explanation of symptoms an review of what to do to get pain relief. I really appreciated both Dr. Carter and NP Ashley as well as friendly front office staff.
Concerned about me and endeavored to make sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan and a part of the treatment plan.
I've been to many other orthopedic doctors in the past and Dr Carter has impressed me as being the most empathetic and caring of all. (And this includes trips to major cities and clinics). Follow up has been great, communication from staff and the therapy department also wonderful! If you are looking for a great orthopedic doctor, Dr Carter meets all of the criteria!
My son suffered a wrestling injury. We were promptly helped and he received great care. Wouldn’t take him anywhere else
Dr Carter and Ashley are a pleasure to work with. Surgery was the best possible experience given the circumstances. They have went above and beyond during the rehab process.
Dr Carter and his staff were fantastic! We were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles as soon as we entered the office. Debbie, who took my son’s X-ray, was very polite and made my son smile by giving him stickers! Dr Carter was very energetic and personable at my son’s finger injury appointment.
