After a fall Dr Carter treated fracture of right elbow radial head, scaphoid fracture in right hand & prescribed my physical therapy. Subsequently diagnosed my right shoulder arthritis and need for Followup with Shoulder specialist. Dr Carter listens carefully to symptoms, patiently and gently assesses injury and follows up with the physical therapists. He and his office are the reason we had to endure the cost of traveling to Florida for surgery on my daughter. He is an awful Dr and wanted to leave our Daughter’s arm crooked. The angle of her bone went from 20% to 40% but somehow he said it was going to straighten (He didn’t care about her as a patient, I am only sharing this because I don’t want any other child or person to go through what Our daughter did because of his nonsense) he could have corrected this and avoided surgery all together but he choose to do nothing at... read more
