He is very personable and very friendly. You don't feel like a number. I think he's a great doctor! And his staff is also very friendly.
I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Carter. He made me feel at ease. He performed carpal tunnel surgery on me and did an excellent job. I have actually seen three different doctors at tri State orthopedics and I have loved everyone of them. Everyone is very down to earth and friendly. If I ever need another procedure on my hands I will definitely be giving Dr. Carter a visit and if I need anything else done you can be sure I will be going to tristate orthopedics. I highly recommend!!
Very attentive doctor. Takes the time to talk to his patient about the problem and how to correct it. Figured out what was wrong with my hand and told me the options available said we can do surgery but it is totally up to you. He is not one to push you into something you don't want. Great Dr.
