My son purchased a car from here a couple of months ago. Since then the service department has had the car more time then it has been in his possession. Meanwhile he is left with an older loaner car that is in bad shape itself. I would definitely think twice before purchasing a vehicle through this company. We were fooled by all of the great reviews.
My husband bought a truck from crafts recently, and today he had a major issue with a brake caliper falling off. Crafts took the issue seriously and professionally and got his truck back up and running in no time! My husband was still able to get our kids from daycare on time. I just bought a great looking ram pickup...mike storm was great to work with. The whole sale process was easy and professional. If you want a great vehicle at a fair price I recommend you try these folks. I will be back for my next car!!
My husband and I drove down there to check out a 2013 Ford Escape we saw on Crafts website and it was well worth the drive!! Everyone we dealt with was super friendly especially Kevin and Karen! They everything they could to get us a good deal and in a very good time frame. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone we know!
