sent my daughter there with her first car for an oil change and a inspection, had a 3 PM appointment and took them over an hour to just change the oil on top of they did not even ask or give her a heads up that they were putting synthetic oil in. she is 18 and my wife was there so there was no reason not to tell them she just asked for an oil change and was not expecting to pay that much for it, hope you dont just change parts without telling people I will not find out we will not be going back.
I cannot say enough about Craft Cars. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and on how helpful the people were I plan on coming back very soon!

RecommendedAfter test driving many trucks at many local dealerships and emailing many more, finally bought a truck from Crafts Cars. No matter how honest or well-intentioned the other dealerships were, I always felt pressured to sign and purchase a truck that day.
