There is no reason to purchase a used car anywhere else! Mike Storm was so genuinely kind to our family! He worked fast to get us out quickly with our two young kids! He even shared his goldfish with my 3 year old! My husband and I both were in awe of the spectacular customer service! We will definitely be back for all of our future used vehicles! We went this past weekend to look at a specific car and had a great experience. Dan P. was helpful and informative. He had a no pressure approach which makes for a much better shopping experience. We went to a couple other dealerships the same day and were so turned off by the overbearing salesmen. We ended up purchasing a car with another company purely based on the vehicle model but we had such a pleasant experience that they are worth a good review. I would 100% visit again the next time we have a need.
Mike Storm was so helpful. I put in my application and he was on top of it. He called me the same day I put it in to ask a few more questions. He called me the next day too to figure things out. We got there and the car was ready for the test drive. Really like the car. He was very friendly, gave us a few recommendations to eat as well. We are new to the area. Mark the service manger was very patient with us in figuring out insurance/paperwork and payment. Recommend them 5 out of 5.
