RecommendedJust bought our 2nd vehicle at Crafts. Amazing experience! Recently bought a new-to-me Dodge Durango. Got a fair trade for my vehicle and my additional requests (brakes, 2nd key) were met with ease. On my second day with the "new" car, the engine light came on. I called right away and was pleased to be told to bring it in. RecommendedJust upgraded to a Silverado. Dan was great to deal with. No hassles and very accommodating. I wanted the tires changed from my trade vehicle because they were new and more of what I need. There was no issues. They have me a loaner vehicle and when I got back to pick up the new truck, Dan said they had found one of the tail lights was cracked and changed it out for me. I wish I could have gotten more for my trade in but dont we all...lol.
