I am not usually a complainer. However, I got a bloody Mary in a glass that had a large chip on the rim of the glass. When I showed it to the waitress, she said she would talk to the manager. She came back and said that the bartender apologized...... crickets. No complimentary drink, no discounts. Not even HALF the price off the cost! Bad management. It was not a small chip - it was pretty big! Fortunately, I didn’t lick the salt off the edge of my glass or I would’ve had a nice big slit on my tongue. 🤬😡

I’m a little upset with my experience getting an order to go from Joe’s Crabshack in Old Sac. I called to place a pickup order. The girl who answered the phone was kind of rude and just said no, you can’t place an order. I asked, so you guys don’t do to go orders? She was very short and said you can order online. RecommendedThese guys here treated me and my family like Royalty! The food and drinks were outstanding and the service was even better! Happy Halloween!
The waitress was horrible from start to finish. She never put our order in and lied about it. Had to ask for silverware then no napkins! I had to get up and get some myself. She did not check on us but once in that hour and 20 minutes. I could go on and on about her horrible service. The young lady needs more training defiantly. We have been going there for years. Not sure I will go back.
Not one to complain much. But this time I have to. The service was slow and the server was to. The food was, well not the best. The food was very over battered and over cooked as well. Our server was unattentive to us. She never came and asked for refills on our drinks or even asked us how our food was
