Does anyone know if joes crab shack is still open I heard it was closed forever
The service was very good except the waitress talked so fast it was hard to keep up with. The food was ok. I had the Samuel Adams Bucket. The lobster tails were very small and way over cooked. The clams were the smallest I have ever seen and the shells were all broken up making it hard to pick through to get the editable part. I would probably go again as there are not very many seafood joints around but there is room for improvement.
Expensive ,but very good food. I went with my 4 boys and bill wassup almost $300 �
We visited this location 7/18/17. The food was great. Portion sizes were good. We were all full and the price was decent in my opinion. 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child) all had steam pots that were perfectly cooked. Our server Skyler was great, and the Manager Derek went above and beyond for us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. The food was good but boy was I surprised when I got handed my bill and they had added 38% gratuity automatically to my bill! The waitress had the worst attitude in the end and was upset when I asked her to fix it. After it was fixed her attitude went straight down the tube....I cannot even begin to explain how unprofessional she was. And I am still waiting for Joe's crabshack to reverse the charge and charge me correctly.
