Very bad experience when visiting on 7/27/14. Took 10 minutes or more to be seated. When seated with four people and a infant car seat no high chair was brought or even offer to place the seat on. Very noisy in the building and could not even hear the person right next to me ask me a question. Food was over cooked all around. Went into the ladies room to wash up after trying to eat my meal and had no soap at all for use. Great food great service and fun atmosphere a great first experience right up till we stood in the gift shop and 5 employees stood and watched us without saying a word we had to approach them to get help and it seemed as if we were a bother I am only rating this on the food and waitress not the gift shop service
Went to the Henrietta location today for the first time for our 26th wedding anniversary loved the food very nice waitress Dawn gets a 5 star today!07/23/2014
