Crap service ,had to leave or starve to death from waiting so long

Worst service. Spilled an entire thing of melted butter on my mom and her white dress. Order was wrong. Been here almost two hours. Soggy fried tomatoes. Nasty peel and eat shrimp. I could go on and on.
Service was awful. The waitress never asked us for refills. I ordered chicken nuggets for my 1 year old son and good thing I have to break them in half or else I would have never known that they were completely raw. The crawfish was dry and tasted like it was sitting there all day and it was really salty. Overall our experience was crappy! The only good thing was the live music and the margaritas.
In my opinion, it was awful. First there were no highchairs for my 11 month old son. The server never once refilled our drinks. (We were there over an hour) the food was completely disgusting. The overall experience was terrible and I would never recommend to anyone. Do not waste your money.
Great food -- crab cake sandwich & fresh dungeness crab -- great flavors, not too breaded -- not to mention the unusually good margaritas, & chatting with Matthew about music (DCI!). Gotta check this place out, y'all.
Can't say anything about the food because they were so unaccomodating re food we left
I as a customer sat at table eight I guess and have never seen cockroaches in an establishment coming out like dinner time. Needless to say we did not eat. We left the food for the roaches.
Not only do i work there I'm also a customer love it shocacon!!:)
