The staff at CPR went above and beyond my expectations. They turned my older crashed Lenovo (hard drive failure) into a sweet fast machine....Solid State Hard Drive, Windows 7 Pro (fully Licensed). They did things I didn't ask for that they new I neded, Windows Security Essentials, Google Chrome (which I hated until I played with it and now I would never go back to Internet Explorer. I went to see Jeffery on a recommendation after being told by Sprint they could not fix my daughters phone. Sprint was pushing an upgrade or a claim for a new phone. Jeffery and his technicians fixed her phone in under 10 minutes. It was a simple problem. They are honest, fast, reliable and I wouldn't trust my phone to anyone else! Highly Recommend.
After reading other reviews, I drove from Wake Forest to visit Jeff at CPR. I was not disappointed. They diagnosed the problem with my phone and had it fixed much faster than I expected...and it cost less than I had expected! The next time I have a problem with a phone I'm going straight to Jeff and his team at CPR. I highly recommend them. Great job guys! Well done!

I had a wonderful experience getting my cracked LG G4 screen repaired here. Everyone was knowledgeable, timely, INCREDIBLY friendly, and great to work with.
