CPR cell phone service is the place to go with a broken phone or a laptop or a tablet the personnel are extremely knowledgeable very courteous and they take their time and make certain that you understand the issues and help you decide a repair versus do you need a new phone etc. but I think you’ll be very pleased with their professionalism and service

I had a fantastic experience at CPR. Took in an iPhone that I could not power up. Josh tested the phone before confirming it was a battery issue, and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. They were extremely friendly. Jeff checked to make sure I was satisfied, and again, Josh was awesome. Seems like such a simple thing to be grateful for, but I often run into bored or dispassionate people in customer service. The guys at CPR were happy, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you need your cellphone fixed you must go to this CPR location!! Last week, I went to the Raleigh Midtown CPR for what I thought would be a simple fix (battery and screen replacement). I had also looked into going to Staples across the street, but the prices at CPR were a bit better (& a Staples employee recommended CPR, too). As it turns out, it was not a simple fix...my iphone battery had been leaking and wound up catching fire as soon as the screen was taken off!!
