1 review 5.0 star rating 10/13/2017 I can't recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair, Raleigh Midtown, highly enough. Jeff (owner) and Jeremy (technician) were professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. I thought I had lost two years worth of contacts, photos and videos when my iPhone 6 completely died, and even the Apple store said it was a lost cause. Jeremy didn't give up, and was able to recover 95% of my data. A very happy ending to a nearly devastating loss of precious memories! Thanks CPR!

They were very upfront about what they would be doing to repair my cracked screen, how much it would cost, the warranty etc. I did end up having new issues after my screen was replaced, one yellow spot and proximity sensor issues while on a call. I took the phone back, they were able to fix box issues without question, in a timely manor and at no additional cost to me! I will highly recommend Cell Phone Repair's services!
I brought my MAC in last week to get fixed, and they were able to fix the problem inexpensively and save me from having to go buy a new computer.

It was a good experience even though my phone did not get fixed. I was disappointed about that, but that's just how it goes sometimes. Thankfully when I got a new phone, I was able to retrieve my pics and other things out of the phone. Thank you for trying to fix it and was very happy that I was not charged for it. I will definitely recommend your store to anyone who is in need of help.

Jeremy set up an external drive back up, works perfectly, in less time than he estimated and all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend contacting them with any IT issue/need for any device. They have replaced the screen on my LG G5 and it's perfect-

Jefferey and John were both extremely professional, highly efficient, and very fast with the repair of my IPhone 6. I received a free diagnostic test was quoted a fair price for repair and given options for repair. I look forward to bringing my IPad and my 2 computers back to CPR. I live an hour away (closer to Fayetteville) but I will not hesitate to drive the hour for the service and expertise that CPR provided me!
