I am thrilled beyond words by the customer service and quality of work done by CPR. I was in town from Atlanta on business and started having trouble with my Mac. I walked in to CPR just hoping for a suggestion. I was THRILLED when they took my problems seriously and started looking for ways to help me. I definitely recommend going to CPR! The staff and the quality of work alone are reason enough you should go. I dropped my iPhone 6s twice in 2 weeks (I must have seen a black cat or broken a mirror). The first time I went to a different cell phone repair shop who gave me back my phone discolored and hard to use the touch screen. I unfortunately dropped it again 2 weeks later and shattered my phone and Jeremy and Jeff understood my situation and helped me out to get my phone back quicker and cheaper than the other place. These guys are fantastic!!! They repaired my iPhone 6 within an hour and it looked brand new and worked great. The screen went out a few months later and they fixed it in 30 min at no cost. They provide wonderful customer service!
I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair Midtown. Jeremy and Jeff could not have been nicer. Excellent customer service! I had a cracked screen on my iPad Mini and they quickly replaced it. It looks good as new at great price and all work guaranteed.
We could not be more impressed! The service and attention to detail its impeccable. We brought an iPhone 6 with a shattered screen in for repair and within 30 minutes it was as good as new. They did a terrific job with top notch customer service . CPR is a must for anyone needing cell phone repair!
