Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and all of my issues were resolved! I had two iPads with a blocked charger port and a blocked headphone port and they were able to repair both in minutes. I also had a shattered screen on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and they were able to get it repaired and back to me within an hour good as new! Couldn't recommend this place more highly!

Fast, efficient service and excellent repair.

Pedro was very helpful. Obviously knowledgeable. And very polite. He worked with me and my 10 year old to get what we needed, kept our needs and price range in mind, and did what he did to make the experience painless and quick. If you need work done, look for Pedro at CPR in Round Rock!
excellent service, very pleasant and professional

Paid again they said take it to Verizon so did. Verizon said CPR broke the phone and that void my warranty. Ask for CPR to look at the phone to see if they could help fix it and they said no. So paid $360 to CPR and have a broke phone with void warranty that I am under contract and have to pay Verizion another year and a half for ... read more
