I took my iPhone 6 Plus to them with a shattered screen and they fixed it in less than 45 minutes! I highly recommend this place to anyone and if I ever need them again this is where I'm going!
LG G2 screen broke. They were able to replace my screen within an hour. When I got home I found out the next morning my phone was not pulling a charge. I talked with the owner thru Facebook/phone about the new issue & he was understanding and told me he would make sure I was well taken care of. They found out my battery was the issue and took care of it, on the house! I am VERY happy with my overall experience. Thank you all for taking care of me!
Top notch repair and cell phone sales. These guys are the best hands down. Look no further
Amazing service and friendly staff, highly recommend!
Great service!!
Thank you for helping me with my phone today! Couldn't have asked for better customer service.
I had the BEST service at this store location. I had issues with my screen and the previous store I was at so I went to the UTK campus and was helped immediately. This is the store I'll be visiting from no on!
