They had to replace my screen 3 times. Turned me away several times in between because they refused to believe my screen was faulty. I recommend Best Buy geek squad instead. Terrible experience.
Please don't not use this place for cell phone repair. I had water damage in my phone. I paid $60 for diagnostic. I was told that my screen was damaged.iwas told that the $60 would come off screen replacement which was 199. I got my phone back today after 6 days.And my camera is not working. They want me to pay another $90 to get my camera fixed. They did a diagnostic 5 days ago. You didn't check my camera, which is a part of the phone. RecommendedThis is a great place, fast and they will go out of their way to ensure you are taking care off, even when your insurance provider is literally crap. Even the owner and the techs got on the phone with the Insurance and took care of Me even when the insurance was giving them a hard time. I fully recommend these guys!
