I have been with CPM for about 5 years now. Last year we refinanced our car with them and have had it for a year and it is always on time. A few days ago my husband and I went to purchase a new car and found that our home modifcation at the end of last year dropped our score a little. I have had way better experiences with the co-op branches.
Great customer service! I've been banking with them for almost two years now and have been very pleased.
I joined CPM as they had a branch next door to my job. One year later they closed almost all the branches in my area. If I want to go to their only branch in my area now, it is a two hour round trip for me. I can make deposits at other credit unions, but have a five day waiting period on them. Very, very inconvenient.
