Don't bank here! In process of changing my account to BBT. Customer Service in Greenville SC is terrible!
Dealing with this "bank" has been nothing but stress. I have corrected my address with them six times and they still send my credit card bill to the wrong address. I cannot receive my bill in the mail and they are charging me a $25 fee to take a payment over the phone because they cant write the correct address on a bill... Customer service here is awful.
