Been a member since the late 90's. was a good bank years ago. Now it's crap. The customer service is non existent and they do anything and everything to make you experience crap. I am looking into other Banks as of today since there call center and management sucks.
Recommendedwe have been with them over 30 years. No complaints ever, they are always so nice .
Customer service at CPM has been great. The Greer Branch is the best! Denetta, Crystal, Amanda, and Kristin have been very helpful with setting up my auto loan, checking account, online banking, and my credit card. Thank you for your wonderful service. I will be moving my full direct deposit now that the mobile app is so convenient and has more options to fulfill all of my banking needs. Awesome Credit Union!
Just want you all to know that you are the worst credit union I’ve ever been with and can’t wait to get approved for this new one this upcoming week. I’ve been waiting on my $150 that I’ve disputed for two weeks now and I’ve never in my life went through this with another bank institution where I had to wait for the investigation to be done to get my funds back. Never again will I bank with you guys or recommend you you anyone.

never have I ever banked with an institution that took 12 days to clear a check. every three transactions I got a block on my card.
Initially I was pleased with this bank, but recently I have noticed that they double charge their overdraft charges. Just checked my statement and my balance is positive but the last 4 withdrawals have overdraft charges. how is this possible and my account is positive. Seems very illegal and I will be seeking legal advice. they are stealing my money which is shameful. I will also be changing banks asap.
