Yes, this is the Coyote Ugly that the movie of the same name was modeled after. However, the real version is a bit more seedy and lacks the Hollywood lighting. Both Wall Street types and New York University students are regulars here as well as plenty of tourists. Overall, it's a fun place to have a drink and sometimes the beautiful bartenders will jump on the bar and have a shot, just like in the movie.

This place is awesome I was there a few days before they closed down for remodeling last year in June and I loved it the coyotes there are not just beautiful and sexy they are very hot and they entertain the customers by showing there amazing dance moves on the bar. I originally wanted to go there to just see the place and take pictures because of the movie based on the same name and the first time I went there I ended up having about 20 beers and approximately 15 shots of both the fireball whiskey which is got a cinnamon fl... read more

Went here last nighy for my Birthday.... I was scared at first because there were only a few people in the bar but Maya made it the best! She has a great personality! The locals were so welcoming and a blast to have fun with! It's a great way to welcome in another year of living. If I ever make it back to NYC I'll definitely make a point to go there!
