Yes, this is the Coyote Ugly that the movie of the same name was modeled after. However, the real version is a bit more seedy and lacks the Hollywood lighting. Both Wall Street types and New York University students are regulars here as well as plenty of tourists. Overall, it's a fun place to have a drink and sometimes the beautiful bartenders will jump on the bar and have a shot, just like in the movie.

The atmosphere is festive, and the ladies tending the bar are great at keeping the mood lively. It's a nice place to hang out and enjoy a cold drink.
