From my first contact with check in until I left I had a positive experience. I knew that I was needing a knee replacement but I felt very comfortable and secure during my evaluation.

Been having trouble with my left knee which has impacted my hip/thigh. Referred to KY Bone and Joint and connected with Dr. Coy. Quick turn around time with making an appt, efficient with appt time, wait time, check out time. Dr. Coy. is very thorough with office visits and sets you up with a treatment plan that works for you. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Coy takes time to explain and listen to my concerns. Very quick process from check in to the time I left was only 20 minutes. Amazing!
