Doctor Coy, the front office staff, x-ray techs, nurses and entire team run as a well-oiled machine. I feel comfortable in a clean, safe environment and I'm treated with courtesy and kindness. Very much appreciate this.
On going visits with both knees.
Been having trouble with my left knee which has impacted my hip/thigh. Referred to KY Bone and Joint and connected with Dr. Coy. Quick turn around time with making an appt, efficient with appt time, wait time, check out time. Dr. Coy. is very thorough with office visits and sets you up with a treatment plan that works for you. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Dr. Coy takes time to explain and listen to my concerns. Very quick process from check in to the time I left was only 20 minutes. Amazing!
