There is a reason this office has so many 5 star reviews. I came storming in here for the first time the other day with an dental emergency, a filling failed and exposed the nerve...OUCH!! This dentist and his staff went right to work to figure out what happened, why and what to do. I had my 11 month old son and 8 year old daughter with me, the AMAZING ladies at the front entertained my kids so I could be seen and take x-rays asap. They all went above and beyond! Amazing people! Feels like family. They are always prompt and on time. My mouth and teeth have never been healthier.
This is an office that cares about their patients. I have a great fear of the dentist and they do absolutely everything to help me through each appointment. Most recently, I had a procedure to get done and realized my phone and shuffle were not charged—which would mean no music. Dr Blair ran around getting me an extended I phone cord and blue tooth head phones. Everyone from the front desk to my hygienist, Janet, is wonderful. I just had my first appointment. The hygienist is SO nice and explains everything so is doing, and Dr. Blair made a perfect treatment plan for me to keep me comfortable with my lost filling until after I deliver my baby and can do more extensive work. They even got me right back in tomorrow! Awesome place so far!!
I would highly recommend Covington Family Dental. I switched over to them after years at another dentist and I am very happy with their services. They put me at ease, are extremely customer centered, and my teeth are very happy.
