I have been going to this clinic since we moved to Kent in 2004. I really can’t say enough good and positive feedback about this team. From the front desk who are flexible enough to cater to my busy schedule and pmts, to the backdoor crew who took care of my teeth and Dr. Blair who gave me options and learnings how to maintain my healthy teeth. After falling on my face and losing some teeth, Dr. Blair saw me right away. I won’t forget the kindness he and the entire staff showed me on a terrible day.
Dr. Blair and his staff were all extremely welcoming. They saw me an emergency being a new patient without hesitation. They solved the issue and explained the entire process in great detail.
From the front desk staff to Dr. Blair, everyone here is genuinely caring and thoughtful. As someone with a chronic pain condition they went out of their way to make my visit comfortable.
I have been going to Covington Family Dental for years and can't recommend it enough!! The friendly staff and way above standard service are exemplary!! Ever since I began coming here going to the dentist has become a pleasure!
As a former hygienist, I am super critical of my dental care. I had 2 failing fillings replaced by the expert team of Dr. Blair and hygienist Lindsey. The two work flawlessly together to provide a comfortable and efficient experience. Lindsey gives perfectly executed anesthetic injections. I didn't even feel a prick. And her finish work on the composite fillings was also perfect. She maintained the solid bite from my recent orthodontics.
