The only time I went to the emergency room I was seen immediately. I was not made to wait hours and hours. Same thing with my daughter's visit. And now the oldest is a nurse at Covenant and so they are so lucky to have her
RecommendedWe had a family member pass away in the SICU last night. The nurses, charge nurses, PA and everyone were absolutely the kindest most giving people ever. Our nurse Monique worked so so hard to do what she could all night with a ending we didn’t want but still she tried hours and hours. I could not say enough about the wonderful care my Grandpa received. Thank you. My husband has had both knees replaced this year and the staff on South 6 has been awesome. The Joint Ranch is wonderful to deal with and so helpful in everything to get him up and going. Even though his insurance wanted him to go to to “ a center of excellence “. 8 hours away, we made the right decision to stay with our local team. They are a center of excellence for sure! Ridiculous wait in the er since 1:30 6 hours later still waiting.
Been waiting in the ER for 6 hours. The female nurse at check in has been extremely rude and very snippy. Not wearing a name tag either. I was sent here with a note for an eval from another doctor and just barely had my labs drawn an hour ago. Super disappointed in the quality of patient care.
