Worst place ever. I don't live here, they take hours! Don't come here.
Horrible, they will drop two elderly patients with NO EXPLANATION or care for them at all, who are insulin dependent and use insulin pumps. They refuse to let you see anyone else in the Covenant group also, meaning all help is yanked away with no warning. Then act as if you are annoying for asking for any type of explanation. I think they just dont know what they are doing at all, and have horrible customer care. Recommendedit is the best hospital I'm ever been
The Joint Ranch at Covenant Health Insurance in Lubbock, Texas surely have their act together. I’m doing great after my total knee replacement May 15. The nurses, nurses aides, physical therapist and Judy make sure you have everything you need before and after your surgery to make it a success. Dr. Shepherd and Holly are a perfect team, my leg is straight again. Thank you all!
I'm not sure what's happened to this hospital. They don't seem to want to hire quality nurses anymore. That's a huge problem!
The admitting staff needs serious help/attitude changes. If they do not like their job or people then there are other jobs they can transfer to. The Drs. and most of the nurses are great!!
How is it that when you go into the er, and check in, that they don't know your there?? I waited 4.5 hours and they didn't know I was there?? What a joke?? This place had gone down hill big time, so I guess UMC it is from now on out!! Yall should be ashamed of how y'all treat people!! If you don't like your jobs get a new one!!!
